Fridays and Saturdays are in high demand and tend to get booked up to a year in advance. Similarly, popular periods like bank holiday weekends, school mid-terms, and festive breaks such as Christmas and Easter can fill up as early as two years ahead. It’s never too soon to reach out – drop us an email, and we’ll be happy to check the availability for your chosen date.
To secure your date, we require a deposit and a signed booking contract, both of which can be easily completed online. That’s all it takes! Once these steps are done, we’ll touch base again approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding, when the reminder & questionnaire will be emailed to you.
I travel for weddings with no extra charges within mainland Ireland. For weddings outside of Ireland, I’ll create a custom package just for you.
My typical wedding day coverage lasts, depending on the option you choose, around 6-14 hours – from morning preparations through to your first dance. We also offer hourly coverage, packages that extend wedding packages to include more of your evening celebrations and even day-two party.
Every wedding is unique, but typically, I start my coverage about 2.5 hours before your ceremony, capturing the bride’s preparations for 1h 45min & groom’s 30 min to 45 min approximately. If the bride & groom preparation locations are longer than 15 min drive in between, the 2nd photographer is required to cover the groom preparations.
For most weddings, I work solo. Before your big day, we’ll review the schedule together so I’m fully prepared and know exactly what to expect. If needed, I can also work with a second photographer. Please get in touch for more details.
During peak wedding season, from Spring to Summer, our editing time may be a bit longer. We usually provide 10-15 fully edited photos within 1-3 days after your wedding. The complete set of images will be ready within 6-8 weeks, and never more than 10 weeks.
Depending on the Package you choose all your photographs will be delivered by post, or available to download online. No extra charge for postage & packaging within Ireland.
In short, no! We aim to keep you away from your wedding celebrations for as little time as possible. While we’ll need some time to capture the requested shots, my goal is to get you back to mingling with your guests ASAP, they won’t even notice you were gone!
Feeling a bit awkward in front of a camera is completely normal. That’s why it’s crucial to choose a photographer who not only captures stunning images but also connects well with you as a couple. Most of the time, you won’t even notice I’m there. But when needed, I’m here to guide you and keep you at ease, ensuring you look your absolute best in every photo.
It can vary wedding by wedding. I am taking as many photos as possible and for the full day wedding I typically aim to provide you with 400-700 full resolution photographs, carefully selected, edited and ready for printing.
Throughout the duration of your wedding day I will be taking 1000s of photographs, many are edited out due to image blur, closed eyes, or unflattering moments. We only provide you with the cream of the crop.
All of the best images from your wedding day are edited to my style. Our wedding photography focuses on capturing the true essence of your special day. We do not retouch skin imperfections, remove subjects, or alter the appearance of people in the photos. Our goal is to preserve the natural beauty and authenticity of each moment, just as it happened.
Booking fees and final balances can be paid via bank transfer, Revolut, or cash.
Approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding I will email you the remainder and Questionnaire. There are 2 options to pay the final balance to your convenience the bank transfer, which should be completed no later than 7 days prior to the wedding day or cash on the day.
If you need to reschedule and I am available on the new date, please notify me as soon as possible so I can secure it for you. A new contract and deposit may be required, depending on the details of the new date, including any changes in location. If you cancel your wedding on the agreed date, or if I am already booked on the new requested date, the booking deposit is non-refundable and will be retained.
Yes! I collaborate closely with my good friend and award-winning wedding videographer, Mario from JM Video Studio. Together, we offer a comprehensive photography and videography package. If you prefer, I can also recommend other videographers or am happy to collaborate with the one you have already booked.
I would love to hear more about your photo ideas and will do my best to capture them when possible.
We offer a wide selection of professional wedding albums from the world’s top labs. You can choose your preferred album cover, design, and album box or container from our brochure, and view sample albums. The album layout will be designed and emailed to you for approval or changes before it is ordered. Once the album is approved and sent to the lab, it takes approximately one month to be printed and delivered. Parent books and prints are also available upon request.
It’s a great opportunity to capture a few aerial photos and short video snippets of your wedding location. The drone is a complimentary extra, but please note it may not be used due to various factors such as weather conditions, flight restrictions, or time constraints.
