On a warm and sunny day in May, Laura and Rob celebrated their wedding at the Dunraven Arms Hotel in Adare, County Limerick. Established in 1792, this family-run, four-star luxury hotel is nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Adare, surrounded by charming thatched cottages.

Outdoor Ceremony in the Hotel Gardens

The couple exchanged vows in an emotional humanist ceremony officiated by Pat Clarke-Browne, a registered celebrant with the Humanist Association of Ireland. The ceremony was accompanied by music from UKEBOX, adding a personal touch to the proceedings.

Bridal Party Photoshoot in Adare Village

Following the ceremony, the bridal party took a relaxed stroll through Adare Village, renowned for its traditional Irish thatched cottages. A short five-minute walk led them to the village park, featuring a picturesque tree-lined alley, a charming gazebo, and a rose garden – ideal settings for capturing memorable photographs. On the way back, Laura and Rob visited the Augustinian Priory, a historic site dating back to 1316, located just a few minutes from the hotel, for an intimate photoshoot.

Reception in the Hotel’s Back Garden

The reception took place in the hotel’s back garden, where guests enjoyed mingling in the pleasant weather. The wedding theme featured light blue and pale pink hues, creating a soft and romantic atmosphere. The evening included heartfelt speeches and a lighthearted moment when a folded table collapsed at the end of the meal – fortunately, with minimal disruption.

Laura and Rob’s wedding at the Dunraven Arms Hotel was a beautiful blend of elegance and charm, perfectly reflecting their love and the enchanting setting of Adare.
